a free one-hour online workshop

taught by rowan katz

Intro to Singing for Self-Healing is a free one-hour online workshop that will introduce participants to fundamentals of creating a conscious and caring relationship to their singing practice, including breathwork, posture, journaling, intoning, vocal hygiene, and more!

Our singing voices are inextricably linked to our emotional, psychological, spiritual, and physical well-being. This class is designed for singers of all levels who want to lean into developing singing as a self-regulation and self-connection tool, and anyone who is curious about using singing as an expansive, playful path to explore new ways of being with ourselves and in the world.
